Fueled is evolving and we are looking for an experienced and capable Head Cook to run our kitchen. You would be working closely with the directors and management team to devise and develop a brand new, simple brunch/lunch style menu.

The perfect candidate will be an experienced, and technically talented, Head Cook who can bring industry insight and added value to our business. Be willing to share your ideas and contribute to the creative process, you will love what you do, follow global food trends and be passionate about sourcing and cooking with quality, fresh ingredients.

Leading by example, you will act as a role model, using your professional knowledge and experience to model behaviours and skills that inform, inspire, and motivate others, upholding our Company values in every aspect of your role.

We are looking for –

• At least one year of kitchen management experience in a similar environment.
• Experience with menu creation and GP
• Up to date with food trends including dietary requirements.
• Managing staff respectfully.
• Organised and on top of back of house paper work including allergens and legalities.
• Efficient and clean
• Happy to work weekends
• Flexible and able to problem solve.
• An understanding and willingness to work within all parts of kitchen service and back of house maintenance, it’s a small team and everyone pitches in.
