Coffee Products (Beans and Pods)

      • We are committed to offering high-quality coffee products. If you find that the quality of our coffee beans or coffee pods does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund or exchange.

      • Proof of purchase and details of the quality issue are required for processing your refund or exchange request.

    Event Tickets

      • No Refund: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on our event tickets.

    Timeframes

      • Refunds can in some cases take up to 14 working days.
